Music by Ted L. Dejony

I primarily create Trance, Dance, Rave, and HipHop music with a little Dejony "flava" added.

Below is some of my best work. Most songs are original pieces made by myself. There are several remixes I've done of songs from other groups, they are labeled as such.

To play the songs, click on a link, open the .m3u file and it will in turn open your mp3 player on your computer and begin playing the song.

NOTE:
I am not in any way responsible for harm that could happen as a result of involuntary convulsions suffered while listening to this wickedly sweet music.

Dance and head bob at your own risk.

A brief history:

I've been creating digital music as a hobby since 2001. I use my PC and several audio editing programs as well as live audio samples to create my music. A good friend of mine, Daniel Rupp, introduced me to creating music on the PC in late 2000. We both quickly discovered that I had a hidden talent. Daniel and I worked closely with each other over the next 2 years as we had silent contests to see who could "out do" who. It was a fun competition, one that helped to further develop my ear for music.

At the young age of 8 I began taking piano lessons. I quickly climbed the ladder in my piano class and in a matter of 4 months I out performed students who had been in the class for a year or longer. I quickly became the "teachers pet".

Shortly thereafter my instructor began having private piano concerts for some of her close friends in which I was the "main attraction". They all really appreciated my skills and gave me great praise which inspired me to work even harder at it.

After a year of her instruction we had to move. Unfortunately it was too far away to continue my lessons and so I stopped playing the piano. That, however, did not extinguish my desire to play. I haven't played much since then, but I've always wanted to have an upright piano so I could begin again.

I believe it was this experience that planted the seed of creating music within me. I have a keen ear for rhythm and melody and I intend on taking some music classes here at Clark College very soon (as an elective of course) to pick up playing the piano again as well as explore other instruments.
